British born, Julia is half Greek-Cypriot/ Hungarian & English/Australian.  She was raised in a Military Family and understands the essence of relocating to different countries and embracing their culture & traditions.  Julia achieved her Banking & Finance Degree whilst in the USA and worked in Swaps & FRA Markets during the booming 80’s.  At this time, she opened her own party planning company in the UK called “Event Creators”.  Due to her creative professionalism and hard work, Julia moved her business to Pafos, Cyprus.  After noticing an avenue to expand her business she produced and created her own “Talk Show” called simply “Julia” with Pafos TV.   This became the vehicle for all Expat businesses to air their products and services to the local consumers.  Rock FM then hired her for their morning daily show, the listening audience grew.  Julia’s Charitable side evolved whilst helping the young wannabe actors & actresses to embrace their creative path by helping to organize& teach acting classes at the local schools.

Julia is a single mum with two amazing boys.  She created a strong ethic background and hard work and taught them to respect their elders and always be polite.  Both Sons have achieved all this and more.

After moving to California, USA, Julia dappled in the entertainment business as a Voice-over artist and Standup Comedienne.  Not resting on her laurels, Julia decided to expand her knowledge and studied Real Estate & Finance to achieve her Real Estate License.  

Understanding the crucial documents for all transactions became her first focus, thereby becoming an outstanding “Transaction Coordinator”.  Now with that knowledge and understanding all Real Estate, Julia has become an astounding REALTOR.   Warm, Intelligent & knowledgeable.  What more do you want in a REALTOR.
